Add attributes to EmbossingItem

Description

ShapeName: String : Name of the embossing tool.

Separation: NMTOKEN Separation identifier that specifies a separation that will be used for embossing.
Depth: A value of 0 is no embossing, a value of 1.0 specifies embossing with full depth.

I added @ShapeName to EmbossingItem for both 1.x and 2.x

I left EmbossingItem/@Separation unchanged except for addition of "New in JDF1.6". It was already in the spec with slightly different wording.

ISSUE: I made @ShapeName be 1.x and 2.x with types NameSpan and NMTOKEN respectively even though it is a JDF change because there are many similar rows in this table.

A separation color value of 0 means that there is no embossing. A value of 1.0 specifies embossing with full depth.

Please add "separation color" to the descroption of EmbossingItem/@Separation (need not be bold)
