ICS — Common Document Metadata for PDF
This ICS is an update of the JDF 1.4 Metadata ICS. : http://www.cip4.org/document_archive/download_request.php?did=2095
This version ICS-CommonMetadata.ProdWF.1.5.v2 describes the use of JDF Intent within PDF or PDF/VT DPart metadata.
Legacy copies are retained with a .v1, v2 etc.

This CIP4 JDF Interoperability Conformance Specification (ICS) ICS-CommonMetadata.PDF.1.5 defines standardized metadata for embedding in PDF including PDF/VT. Such metadata is useful to receiving systems for determining the production intent of the PDF pages and to aid the creation of job tickets.
