Transport to and from Microsoft:

There is a train from Østerport station which is right next door to the hotel. Train leaves from here to Lyngby Station every 5 mins. line B (Green) + E (purple), and takes 15-20 mins. From here the Microsoft office is approx.. 15 min. walk.


We recommend that you download the app DOT, which allows you to buy you trainticket beforehand. (GPS access needs to be allowed, in order for the app to decide on your start location)

If you download this and register you card, you can each morning buy you ticket beforehand. This is 48 kr one way.

The ticket you need to buy is a ticket for 4 zones from Hotel Østerport (zone1) , to Lyngby station. (zone 41)

This should save time queing at the station each morning and afternoon.

We will get picked up at 6pm from Langeliniekaj No.5, which is a 10 min. walk from the hotel. That way everyone can drop off their laptops at the hotel first.


Here we’re in for two hours of fast sailing in RIB boats in Øresund and also sightseeing around the Canals of Copenhagen.


 Around 8pm we will get dropped off in Nyhavn which is well know for it restaurants and bars.
