CIP4 Meeting schedule migrated to confluence

The meeting schedule for teleconferences and face to face meeting has now been migrated to confluence.

 The calendar can now be found at: https://confluence.cip4.org/calendar/mycalendar.action.

The schedule in http://www.cip4.org/intern/meetings/meeting_schedule.php will remain accessible but no longer be up to date.
