Find replacement for drawing in images

Description

We need an extension that allows us to make tiny drawings in attached images.

 

Current solution: Image Annotator for Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/archive/1213777) was discontinued some time ago...

: Since you were the person who requested this and there is no simple replacement for the old plugin: How should we proceed? The easiest solution would be if you could find a way to just do the marking on the screenshot on your machine…
