Update the description in the references from CasinginParams to the CaseMakingParams figure so that the differnt attribute names are called out.

Also fix the attribute names in the reference

In the changed rows, there are other instances of "CoverWidth" and "SpineWidth" that must be changed as well.

And unfortunately, I just noticed that in those same changed rows, there are links to "Figure 8.10: CaseMakingParams", which contains "CoverWidth" and "SpineWidth" in it, where in 1.5 the same figure contains "CoverBoardWidth" and "SpineBoardWidth".  But to confuse things further, CaseMakingParams actually DOES contain attributes "CoverWidth" and "SpineWidth".  It all seems a bit confusing, so we should think about the right solution, but if we decide to go back to 1.5, the figure has to change.
