TSC call for participation

Due to the reduction of the number of work groups, we need to reorganize the membership rules for the Technical Steering Comittee (TSC)

If any active CIP4 member is interested in joining the TSC, please send an informal email to secretariat@cip4.org stating this intention.

Requirements for TSC membership:

  • Active participation in TSC phone conferences
  • Active participation in interop meetings and TSC face to face meetings (Joining most interops is sufficient)
  • Technical interest and proficiency with JDF, XJDF, PrintTalk etc. at a reasonable level. (No formal tests required)
  • Non-partisan technical interest in the developments of CIP4


The current TSC will review the applications by early June 2018 and unless we have a deluge of applications, I anticipate that any reasonable application will be accepted.
