XJDF goes JSON

I've added a few additional requirements / decisions / philosophical questions to the JSON mappin page at JSON mapping for XJDF datatypes.

It is not only about mapping but also about endpoints, cloud protocols and all kinds on non-punch card cool stuff.

Please feel free to expand by adding additional requirements - comments or favorite protocols of the week that I may have missed.
